We have recently started an Agile Services team within 3months and I have been working on developing our agile ‘identity’. I started by designing a set of Story Cards based on Mike Cohen’s template “As a <type of user>, I want <some goal> so that <some reason>.” I have also made some Task Status cards, here at 3months we have found it useful to have the following categories: NOT STARTED, WORK IN PROGRESS, TESTING, DONE and BLOCKED.

Next on the list will be designing new business cards for Shanan Holm and Mike Lowery – our agile consultants.
