For this year’s stand at Webstock we decided to run a modified Scrum Lego game to highlight some Agile practices. To play, attendees can: add a user story to a theme, add a theme or take a story and build something that meets the story acceptance criteria within their time box. Pictures of their completed work will be available on Flickr allowing others to comment on their efforts and hopefully generate some more user stories. Of course their are some prizes to help generate some interest, but come on it’s Lego and the only kids are big ones.
